I had a frustrating experience with Forest Hill Lock & Key LLC. I paid $850 on 06/05/24 for key fob services, and as part of the transaction, the business owes me 2 key fob blades and 1 valet key (including the VW top part that they kept), which they broke during service. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, responses were inconsistent, and promises to replace the items were not fulfilled. A BBB complaint prompted a brief response from the business in October 2024, citing a totaled service vehicle as a delay. However, since then, they have ignored my inquiries (as of 02/13/25) and did not respond when BBB complaint was reopened. Unfortunately, they still have my valet key top and have not provided the replacements promised on my work receipt. I cannot recommend this business due to poor communication and failure to resolve the issue.

I highly recommend this company. Paul was able to come out the same day I called to fix my daughters ignition. If you are looking for great service at a reasonable price, call Forest Hill Lock & Key!

My boyfriend locked his keys in the car while he was on break at work. Paul was extremely nice, got to us within half an hour. As well as being able to get us a spare within minutes Absolutely would recommend and will definitely use again in needed

Paul of Forest Hill Lock & Key was fantastic. I made an appointment with him to meet me at a rental property to change out locks and get new keys. He was very easy to communicate with, texted me when he was en route, on time, got everything done quickly and efficiently and even added an extra deadbolt to the backdoor. Charged what I thought was an extremely fair price. His vehicle is a mobile locksmith shop so he had everything he needed onsite. Also, the policy they have about unlocking your car if a small child or pet accidentally gets locked in at no cost is fantastic, a company with a heart -- would recommend highly!
