Needed a locksmith last minute and they reaponded quickly. The customer service was one of a kind. They continued to give me updates as I waited for the technician to arrive. Once the technictian came, he was respectful and answered any questions that I had. However, once he left I noticed that one of my locks was not working as intended. Since I own a Sclange lock, I know they can be tricky. I contacted the company again late at night and they were very responsive in fixing the issue by having the tech come back at any hour. We arranged a time and the tech came back and was able to remedy the issue. Furthermore, they apologized for any inconvenience they may have caused and were willing to do whatever it took if I was less than completely satisfied. I am all about customer service and they have a wonderful staff that knows how to treat customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed a locksmith in the Pittsburgh area.

My brother couldn't get inside his house, he went outside to grab something from the backyard and forgot his keys inside the house)) I called Edwards Bros Locksmiths service. I was glad, the guy arrived very fast and fixed the locker in professional manner. I highly recommend this company, very reliable and affordable. They are really such a nice guys!
