I was visiting friends in the city when I lost my car keys, and this locksmith was a lifesaver! They arrived quickly, were extremely friendly, and had my new keys made in no time. The price was fair, and the service was top-notch. I really appreciated how professional and efficient they wereespecially since I was far from home. Jonathan, my locksmith technician was polite, patient & absolutely knowledgeable!!
Its hard to trust any1 these days even when you HAVE called them to come to your home to perform a necessary service you are still unasure as to what the outcome will be. But thankfully all ended well and Jonathan was a very very respectful young man doing the job for which he was called to do and even indulging me in a bit of friendly chatter
He finished the job and got on his way and he executed his assignment beautifully!

Service was impeccable from begging to end. I called early in the am regarding an emergency lockout and the tech Ron was onsite within 1 hour and worked with the timeline I had. Ron detected my keys were working great and did not oversell me with more services I initially thought I required. Turns out my battery was dead, he helped me jump start my car and unlocked the vehicle for me. Great company with perfect communication. Highly recommend!

One of the most fast and efficient turn around i ever had. My lock went bad. I called a few locksmiths. Most of them wouldn't come out until several hours later. I called these guys and they were there within an hour. And not only that, lock fixed in a jiffy. Would recommend to Any one. And the cost wasn't bad at all

My man came and took him 5 second lol I mean 5 seconds. But price was a little pricey
But hey you have to pay if you want quick service.

Excellent service!! My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment at my convenience for the same day. The locksmith phoned to let me know when he would be arriving. He explained what he would have to do to replace the door handle and lock on the outside door and repair the lock on the inside door. He was very helpful and gave me choices at different price points. He did a great job and even cleaned up after he finished. The person that I spoke with to make the appointment phoned me afterwards to find out if I was satisfied with the service. Both that gentleman and the gentleman that resolved my lock issues were so pleasant and personable. It was a very good and refreshing experience to receive such great service!! I am more than satisfied and would certainly call them again if I want or need locksmith services in the future. I highly recommend this service!!

Stranded in Brooklyn with my key locked in my car at 9pm, I called Eddie and Sons. Within 30 minutes they sent a locksmith to my location. The man was nice and considerate and gave me a really good deal when he heard I had to drive back to New Jersey that night. It took him less than a minute to pop open my car. I was relieved and thankful and was soon on my way back to New Jersey. Thanks guys for a great service.

Called very late like 12 am and they came in about 30 mins. The price was really jacked up probably because of the time that I called. But they let you pay in venmo or debit card. Pretty professional people.

I was in Brooklyn after a concert on New years eve. I called a few companies before I called these guys and no one else answered the phone. The technician came a lot faster then I thought he would. The office checked up on me to make sure the technician had contacted me and to make sure he had arrived on time. When Jordan arrived he gave me a fair price to make my key for my 2016 ford explorer after I agreed to pay for the key he was quickly done and I was on my way. After the guy left the office called me back to make sure everything went well with the tech. If it wasn't for these guys my rental car would have surely been towed by the morning. everyone I dealt with when I called this company was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again if I need a locksmith again.
