i had accidentally locked myself out of my apartment when taking out the trash. he arrived at my apartment less than 10 minutes after we hung up the phone when none of my building managers would get back to me or answer my calls. opened the door quickly and efficiently. only complaint is that they are a little pricey but they got the job done so no complaints otherwise. thanks

I called and asked for a job for my door to be opened because of a faulty piece that made my door unable to be opened. They sent me a locksmith within 10 minutes by the name of Eli and he did an absolute great job getting my door unlocked. He was very respectful and courteous the whole time. Very late on July 4th I realized that not only had I locked myself out of my apartment, I had also locked my car keys in — while I had parked in a red zone with my hazards on. I was not low anxiety. I called and they answered right away, said 12 minutes. And that is EXACTLY how long it took! Oded even called on his way to let me know he was 10 minutes away.

I was locked out of my house in west Hollywood, and as most people would do I started freaking out. I didn't know what to do and the windows of my house are always locked. I called multiple companies, but the price was not reasonable. I called YMS, and they answered immediately they reassured me that someone would be out within 15 min. I can't believe it but they arrived 15 min later. They were courteous, professional and understanding of my situation, and best of all they were very reasonable!! I would recommend YMS to everyone!
