While Big Ben's Locksmith has only been in business for a couple of years, I've been working in the locksmithing industry for more than 23 years. As a nationally registered locksmith, I provide everything from automotive locksmith services to residential and commercial services. For me, my love for the industry began when I was young and began doing cleanup work in a local lock shop.
I immediately took an interest in rekeying locks, cutting keys, and the fulfillment that comes with customer service. After receiving my driver's license, I was put in a service vehicle and provided automotive, residential, and light commercial locksmith work. Taking continuous training, I'm constantly learning about new hardware and techniques to bring to our area.
When I was 14 years old, I walked into a local lock shop with my dad to get a couple of house keys made.
Assuming I was older than my age, the owner asked if I would be interested in earning a little money by cleaning out his vans and helping out in the shop.
