Who is Brian Batz?
Brian Batz is a Certified Master Locksmith with ALOA and SAVTA credentials, specializing in electronic access systems since 1996.
Why did my key stop working?
Worn lock pins from regular use cause keys to stick. Rekeying or replacement recommended at first signs of difficulty.
Should I change locks after losing a key?
We recommend rekeying existing locks instead of full replacement to save costs while maintaining security.
Can you help with car key lockouts?
Our team uses modern tools for vehicle entry, adapting methods to newer automotive technologies beyond traditional slim jims.
Should I use original door keys?
Original keys should be preserved for copying as they maintain optimal lock alignment over time.
